We have a 7 stages reverse osmosis filter alkaline water for drinking water, so no need to buy water while staying with us. Laundry is availible for guest use. Our coffee machine is for filter coffee and K-cups. We also have a Mickey and Friends waffle maker, you can buy the mix and make it for kids, they will sure love it. The playground is right in front of the house, and the GYM and playroom is together perfect for parents to exercise while kids play. You are welcome to have deliviries, please note that usps does not delivery in our door due to being a vacation community. But amazon, supermarkets, food delivery does.
